In 2004, when I was just 10 years old, my dad opened a restaurant, and I’ve worked around food and restaurants ever since. For the past 4 years, I’ve produced food + beverage content in Western North Carolina and Northeast Ohio for clients like Ginger’s Revenge, Corner Kitchen, Chestnut, and The Chef’s Garden. Food - and everything that goes into it, from farming to waste - is my life and ultimate passion. When I’m not at work, I’m cooking, baking, or seeking out the next undiscovered hole in the wall.
